Thanks for the gift! Scratch ruined the quality a bit, but I’ll send you and @Cadence_blackburn a copy via email. I changed the design a bit (changed it into cat mermaid, if that’s ok, if not, I can change it back). Also, the placeholder name (for now!) is Shelly. I know it wasn’t one of the options listed in the description, but I like it :). If you can’t see the image in the drawing, it’s a packet of seaweed. I know it’s a bit ironic considering there’s seaweed RIGHT THERE, but still. Enjoy the big complex story behind the picture! One warm summers day, Cadence, Silvertide And Galactic puppy were sitting on the docks. They were eating snacks before going scuba diving. Silvertide had an apple, Galactic puppy (just gonna refer to her as galactic) had a leftover slice of cheesecake from her birthday, and finally, Cadence sat staring at her perfect singular, unopened packet of seaweed. Suddenly, Galactic jumped up. “Let’s play truth or dare!” She exclaimed smartly. The other two nodded in affirmation. “Who’s going first?” Cadence asked. “You.” Silvertide pointed to Cadence, “Truth or dare?” “Dare!” Cadence exclaimed excitedly. “I dare you too……..” Silvertide paused to think. “THROW YOUR SEAWEED OFF THE DOCK!” She finished, followed by a noise of protest by Cadence. She hugged the seaweed packet to her chest. “Come on, Cadence! The special packaging on this very special packet is waterproof! Besides, a dare is a dare, we’ll go down and get it straight after!” Galactic said to her in an attempt to be nice. Cadence let out a long, resigned sigh. “Fine.” She said. She stood up, walked to the edge of the dock, and dropped her seaweed packet off it. Meanwhile, below the docks, Shelly was finding sea snails. “It’s too dangerous for you here! Humans go diving here all the time! Humans and there big feet!” She whispered as she picked them up and moved them. Suddenly, a small plop sound came from nearby. Shelly, a curious creature by nature, went to investigate. A small package with ‘seaweed’ labelled on it. She gasped. It was a small pack of the legendary salted seaweed from the above world! Suddenly, her best friend nosey the pufferfish swam up beside her. “Hi- AHHH” he screamed after seeing the parcel in her paws. “Did- did you- steal that?” He asked, gesturing his fin towards the package. “No!” Shelly said defensively. “I just… found it, you know.” “But you’re about to give it back right?” Nosey asked tentatively, and gasped when Shelly slid the pack under her arm. “You’ve got to be kidding me! We’ll be arrested for theftery!” “But maybe we won’t?” Shelly said optimistically. Nosey sighed and hesitantly agreed, so they swam. Less than a minute later, three girls slid into the water. One started looking for the seaweed packet straight away, while the other two were two happy to be in the water to bother (even though they honestly should’ve been helping). Little did they know the seaweed was far away, being eaten by two very happen friends, who were not arrested for ‘theftery’, or any other crime for that matter. So yeah. Sorry if there’s spelling/grammar mistakes, my autocorrect is playing up and I’m typing too fast for my keyboard. Note: These events were fictional, we would never, 1, throw a plastic packet in the ocean. 2, tell our friend to throw the seaweed off the dock. (Ok, maybe we would, but as a JOKE) 3, not help our friend find the plastic packet that is damaging the ecosystem. 4. Also, looking back this is kinda cringe but still. Also, we are a bit different from this short story than real life. (Practically just saying this so those two won’t get touchy about what I made them say or do or eat.)
