This is a free-verse poem. I am quite a fan of poetry there fore I decided to share my love for it with everyone. This poem is about the Eiffel Tower, situated in Paris, Fance. This building is 330metres high or 1080 feet. It is a rather famous tourist attraction. I myself have never been there but I did some reasearch for my facts. This was originally meant to be a sonnet, but due to the fact that the lines were too long and I had to keep changing the box size, I made my peom free verse. --------------What is a Free-Verse Poem?-------------- A free verse poem is a poem without any rules. There doesn't need to be any specific or obvious rhyming pattern. Free verse is particularily easy for those who wish to put words together to make a meaningful poem. Free-Verse poem also generally have a personal meaning and can include emotions for the reader to understand. There needn't be a clear meaning, rather a meaning for someone to figure out. Let the reader have their own meaning. Let them say what it is all about. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- That is all!
