DISCLAIMER: Any reactions I have towards certain snacks are NOT meant to offend anyone. A tip as to how to bring back removed choices can be seen on the bottom of the instructions. I, ZYellow, have stumbled upon a vending machine, and I'm feeling a bit peckish and maybe thirsty. The problem is, I don't know what I want. Then why not choose yourself and let me get something from this vending machine? Yes, YOU get to choose what I should get from the vending machine! When the UI appears, you get to pick from 16 different consumables to choose from, and some of them may look a bit familiar. Click/Tap a button for one of these consumables so I can get it, and enjoy! Want something relatively normal? Go for the original Mit-toes! Think you're feeling lucky? Try the Secret Smoothie! Want to know what ZYellow ÷ 2 is? Uhh, Crimson Cherry Gum? Each snack has a different outcome! Their quirks and abilities can be seen in the original project or the "FoodAssets" sprite on a note in this project. Thank you Felicity and Florida from Felicity Facilities for installing this vending machine here! PRO TIP: If an item can no longer be chosen from the snack roster, then hold the thumbnail for five seconds to reset the reaction variables.
When @Burgnew_On_A_Laptop first shared the original project on July 31st 2022, I wanted to remix and have myself be able to purchase ANY product in the vending machine based on the viewer's choice. The presence of the cookie sticks that I snacked on in the SURR ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/475425265 ) also was a factor that motivated me to make the remix. However, I didn't get the aforementioned idea until a day later on August 1st, the same day I first started development of this remix (just so you know, this remix was copied twice during development). This remix started development on August 1st 2022, finished on October 4th 2022, and was shared a day later on the 5th. The development lasted for more than two months, but I feel like it was all worth it. This long development span was probably because of all of the coding, costume-making, and voice acting I had to do for the project, not to mention that I got sidetracked with some stuff like the development of Desktop Distress and the first day of school. I was originally going to have the animations a lot smoother than in the final result, but I lost motivation in the project while implementing that, so I decided to simplify the animations to bring back my motivation for it. Hopefully my modern animations could have smoother animation. Also, inside the project, I provided some new snack ideas I have for this vending machine or other vendors if it appears in later media and gets restocked. See inside to check it out if you want! I also recorded the sounds for chewing and drinking the snacks myself, as well as opening the snack bags. And here's a little fun fact: I ate a limited edition Verde-flavored Pringle while voicing my lines for the Citrublaze Heatwave Mit-toes. Credit to all, including for the original project and everything in it, the melody for the vending machine's jingle I made in Jummbox, and the cameos that Felicity and Florida make in some secret thumbnails (Felicity and Florida belong to ). He provided their vectors in a TurboWarp link from before TurboWarp exclusive projects became unavailable. Credit also includes Frito-Lay, Valve, Berzerk Studio, Roblox, , , , , , and for creating or inspiring most of the food & drink available. And yes, I never played Team Fortress 2 before, so my Scout cosplay may have some inaccuracies (No, this will NOT be my Halloween Costume this year).
