If you look at this through history and Hetalia, there's only one way to explain it. England took care of America for years, but when America got old enough, he decided he didn't want to stay with England anymore, so he started his own country to be independent. England didn't like that, because he was close to America, so they started a war and America won. *sobs* So England lost the son he never had. *sniffles* At least that's how I see it.
