Bounce off the green ball to northern hemispere driving the ball ball with your mouse. The blue ball is programmed to bounce off the green ball to the southern (your) hemisphere. Once the green ball touches the ground it explodes and the owner of another hemisphere gets a point. The game has no end until you press Q.
Saraksh is a planet descibed by Strugatsky brothers in their science fiction universe "World of the Noon" (novels "Inhabited Island", "Beetle in Ant Hill", and "Waves Blow the Wind Down"), . The planet has a humanoid civilization which due to some atmospheric optical aberration believes that the world is the concave hollow in the center of the endless rigid ground around them. The gravity vector in their physics is pointed from the center to the ground. In this game the green ball behavior is subject to this very concept. So it is where the name of the game comes from.
