It can be done in a different program, but the final product must be on Scratch. This is a palette MAP (spelled palette wrong in the project whoops), so use the palette inside, and only those colors. This is also an OC MAP, so use your own OCs. Put your favorite color and your favorite animal in your comments if you have read this far. First come first serve. Don't whine if someone gets the part before you. Use the parts I have cut inside. Please put effort into your part and actually animate! 2 parts max for any one person. No gore, please; this is a happy song! If you break these rules, I will ask you to redo your part. If you post a WIP, you have 3 days to finish it or your part will be given to a backup.
