[emerges from the grave to post a fully remade version of a project i shared 2/3 years ago] INSTRUCTIONS - I know that only like 10% of people who look at this project will read the instructions, so all of the controls are explained in the project. Thanks for reading these instructions, though! NOTES - Thanks to the bad word detector, you can't paste your save codes into the comments. You can either post them with spaces between each number, or you can post your save code in this forum topic: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/642928/ - If you want to know more about this project, I've left comments on most of the code, so see inside if you'd like! You can also comment any questions and I'll respond eventually (: - I am literally studying computer science in college right now and here I am, entirely re-making a Scratch project from three years ago. - Save backups of your projects. I accidentally deleted an entire sprite and had to remake all of it... (it was the "day calculations" sprite (If you click "edit" in the project there's an option for "restore sprite" but I didn't know that at the time.)) Liked this game? Check out some of my other stuff! - Block Explores: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/397111003/ - Chopsticks: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/374300853/ - 5-player game: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/571727568/ Check out @colorTimer8429's version of this project, too! It has a different interface for entering the date and time that I really like, and I don't think it's bugged either! Link: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/475874280/ CREDITS - I made everything except for the music and the text engine - Music from the MCC soundtrack by Isaac Wilkins! (A few songs are missing, as the files were too large to fit in the project.) - Text engine by : - helped me with the thumbnail! CHANGELOG v1 - This version was just a basic countdown creator I made on my old account. It had some weird bugs and didn't work quite right, though. And the graphics were bad. Somehow it got curated. v2 - A version of this project I made on this account where I tried to fix the bugs and make it look better. It was better, but not great. Still bugged. Very "graphic design is my passion" v3 - A completely re-coded version of the project! This version actually isn't bugged, accounts for a whole lot more possibilities, and includes error checking so you can't enter a date that doesn't exist. I also figured out how to use clones to make a numberpad and added support for multiple date/time formats.
