❀ " mind on the road, your dilated eyes watch the clouds float . " ❀ - [ this is a redo of my previous application fpr Angelfishkit ! ] ❀ about me ❀ hey, my name is Jade! I'm a freshman, I go by she/her pronouns, and I like to draw silly cats. I've been roleplaying here on scratch for about 3 years, and I've always been an avid writer, especially when it comes to creative writing, poetry, and roleplay. ❀ roleplaying history ❀ I've participated in many small roleplays when I first joined scratch about 3 years ago, though the most memorable would be tfcrp, which I left about a year ago. I had two characters, Ratwhisker(RC) and Flurrygorse(RC). Although I cant recall their ages very well, I know Flurrygorse lived for about 35+ years before I quit due to mental health + personal life problems. I intend to keep Angelfish for much longer than my past characters. ❀ " see, I've already waited too long, and now my hope is gone . " ❀ ❀ identity ❀ bisexual demiromantic aesexual Angelfishkit will slowly figure out his identity as he develops . ❀ detailed personality ❀ Angelfish views the world as if he were an old soul; though the vastness of the world and the beauty of nature is generally exciting, he tends to silently and peacefully enjoy it, marveling its splendor. Angelfish is a very shy, reserved kit. He has trouble talking to others, especially those he doesn't know very well. Angelfish has a very kind heart, and will try to see the good in the worst people, making it hard and nearly impossible for him to hold grudges against others. Angelfish tends to sometimes have impulsive outbursts of anger or any strong emotion in some instances, especially when people expect him to be a perfect angel. He then feels ashamed of his emptions, causing him to isolate himself from others. Angelfish is always very honest; he won't hesitate to tell someone the complete truth if someone requested, making him very trustworthy. Angelfish's trustworthiness is also reflected in his ability to keep secrets as long as the action of doing so leads to a good cause. Angelfish has a low self esteem, and tends to not think he's capable of much, causing him to refrain from social activities such as playing with other kits, hunting, etc. Angelfish is very righteous; he tries his best to only do the right thing, even in situations where it could be very difficult to do so. ❀ shortened personality ❀ (+) kind (+) trustworthy/loyal (+) righteous (=) quiet (=) observant (=) honest (-) short temper (-) low self esteem (-) antisocial ❀ " we're still the kids we used to be . " ❀ ❀ roleplay examples ❀ - rainy day, Thunderclan camp Thick, dark clouds blanketed the sky over thunderclan camp, as the occasional raindrops blossomed into a thundering storm. There were multiple kits, their fluffy pelts dripping, splashing each other in puddles and sticking out their tongues to catch the crystalline drops. Angelfishkit watched them frolic around as some of their parents tried to nervously coax them out of the rain and back into the nursery, as he sat outside not too far from the den in the shade of a large, overhanging leaf. He had no desire to play with the others, but to watch the magnificent splendor of the dancing drops for it calmed him. The air was cool, similar to a sea breeze that he greeted as if it were an old friend. The rain soothed the pain in his legs. Days like these were the ones Angelfish favored over the other sunny days that seemingly everyone enjoyed. The melancholy of an overcast sky was comforting and welcoming; for it didn't expect anything of him. It didn't expect him to play with the other kits, nor to run, to climb, or to jump, but to just relax and gaze at the clouded sky and the drops of water streaming off leaves. - sunny morning, Thunderclan camp Rays of sunlight snuck through openings in the Thunderclan nursery, coaxing the nearby kit's and caretaker's eyes to flutter open, and their pink noses to taste the fresh, morning air. Angelfishkit's glassy blue eyes slowly opened as the beams of sun danced in his face. He blinked a couple of times, then took a deep breath and lifted himself up on his short legs, and attempted to stretch, causing a lingering pain that slowly swallowed up his legs. Angelfishkit bit his lip to ease the sting, swiftly glancing around, and tasting the air. The scent of cedar encompassed the camp as he peeked out of the nursery, embracing the familiar clearing enclosed with sheltering trees and chirping birds. The sky was a magnificent blue, dotted with passing clouds. The magical feeling of a sunrise still lingered in the air although it had passed. He settled back down on his paws at the entrance of the nursery, his eyes seemingly empty, yet withholding his many observances, and hopes for the day. ❀ " have I found you, flightless bird? jealous, weeping? " ❀
