Space or click to switch costumes :3 ========= WHOOOOOOOOO! This was long overdue TwT And I still have another one to upload, with 34 DIFFERENT IMAGES. MY GOD. But without further ado, allow me to present my DTAE for Autumn City Lights! ========= BIO Name: Sunray Pronouns: They/she Species: Anthropomorphic cat, technically half-plant Homeland: The Linking Gardens ========= BACKSTORY Sunray never had the pleasure of a normal childhood. She grew up in a hospital due to an extreme nutrient deficiency and an incredibly weak immune system that could not seem to absorb enough vitamins. She lived on vitamin gummies and hospital food, with an IV stuck in her arm. After all the hospital fees, her parents could not afford to take care of her anymore and she became a permanent hospital resident. Now, there is a place between all worlds, all books and movies and stories and parallel universes, called the Linking Gardens. It is a place of magic and wonder, of greenery and scenery, and scouts are constantly sent out into other worlds through portals created by the trees. And one day, Sunray accidentally stumbled upon and through one of those portals- leaving behind her IV and multivitamins. To say she was amazed is an understatement. For once in her life, she saw green and pink and purple and brown and all those wondrous colors outside of picture books. She was free from the white box of the hospital- she could take in the sweet, fresh air. But all good things must come to an end. Sunray felt herself become dizzy and faint, but figured it was just the sun and the fresh air finally oxygenating her brain, and continued onwards. It wasn’t until too late that she remembered her sickness, and what she had left in the hospital. She tried to run back, but the portal had closed. Sunray tripped and fell only hard soil, drifting out of consciousness. This had to be the end. To Sunray’s surprise, she woke up in another hospital- apparently, some residents of the Gardens had found her and taken her to where doctors injected her with another IV and more nutrients- or so she thought. In fact, they had injected her with plant cells, allowing her to photosynthesize the bright sunlight in the Gardens and finally feed her immune system. She spent another few months in the hospital until the plants were fully grown and she could finally experience the world. Sunray now lives a happy life, exploring the worlds with Zalene, another resident of the Linking Gardens, and enjoying the pleasures of a colorful world. ========= May I please remind any doctors out there that this is purely fictional and in no way accurate? :) Thanks a lot for putting up with my nonsense!
