divisha_coder is typing.... Happy Diwali Scratchers! (Diwali is actually on 24th October for 2022) This is a small project I made to celebrate Diwali with all of you. WHY IS DIWALI CELEBRATED? -Diwali celebrates Rama's defeat of the evil spirit Ravana, and his triumphant return to his home. The business community considers it an auspicious time to start new ventures, as the festival coincides with the Hindu New Year. HOW IS IT CELEBRATED? -Diwali is a wonderful festival and is traditionally celebrated by lighting diyas, making rangolis, lighting up the area, and nowadays, firecrackers are used (though it's not good for the environment).
