There are indeed MPEC Lifts manufactured in Germany. Some of them have Anime Tails voice, and some of them don't have voice. The german hydraulic MPEC lifts are mute for some reason. This lift was originally OTIS 2001 Europa, then it got modded by MPEC in 2020. Fun fact: German MPEC Lifts (with Anime Tails voice) lack Open and Close announcements for unknown reasons.
