These hydraulic MPEC lifts are EXTREMELY rare to find in France, since they are used in small buildings or shops (the traction lifts are often found, but they usually have chime rather than voice). This lift was originally an unknown 1990's hydraulic lift (possibly it was KONE M-Series), then it got modernized by MPEC in 2021. Hydraulic MPEC lifts usually only have floor announcements (same applies to traction lifts), since Tails didn't record enough voices for the French market.
