~ RULES ~ - the contest ends September 31st - I expect 36 entries by then (if they are all filled) - any that aren't done by that time are disqualified - say kitties if you read everything so far - this is a draw to adopt, so draw the one you want - be nice - once everyone has entered and all slots are closed, I will be closing the comments - you can change the music if you want - have fun - you can enter for as many adopts as you want, but you can only win one - don't wine if you lose - only six people can enter for one adopt - if nobody enters for a specific one, it's mine - actually use them for stuff, like an OC or MAP parts or whatever - ignore the second rule and say jellies to tell me you read everything TIPS - add a background - DON'T animate - use a different program - be creative!
