E to open up the inventory S for shop Q for building tab W to buy regiments (if you have a garrison) press the diplomacy tab button to well open the diplomacy tab :l click your regiment and then click where you want to move it. press nuke button and then press where nuke go boom boom, yea you can figure the rest out
