I legitimately just had an actual anxiety attack out of nowhere. By the time this is posted it's already been 30-45 minutes since it happened but what the h3!!. It was so scary and out of nowhere. I've never had one and it lasted for 5 whole minutes. Literally, I was making an intro for my friend and I just randomly remember something (not gonna say what for privacy reasons) and I just have one. Then I start taking some deep breaths and lie down and I started feeling better. I can't explain it though, it was the first time I've ever had one and it was the scariest thing ever. I'm fine now, just listening to music and crying cause that's all I ever do after school. Well gotta go to bed, Good Night <3
