Bio: - Name: Aura/Storm/Arc/Cyan - Gender: Male(Boy); can be a girl, so kinda- gender neutral; gender doesn't really matter for backstory, but let's say its male. - Traits: Impatient, caring, Bad-tempered, anxious, friendly, stotic(probably), independent, reliable, trusting, dutiful, charming, observant, pessimistic, helpful, adventurous, curious, and combative(sometimes). Important Side character: - Name: Toffee - Gender: Female(girl) WARNING: The Prologue involves this horror hotel, from game called 'DOORS' on Roblox, its a horror and action game, so the entities or monsters/scary jumpscare-and other creatures are by the creator of that game. Oh, annndddd, its very spooky. You can revive once in that game, but in this story, u obviously can't. ;-; Anyways, prologue develops and shows the reader the relationships between Toffee and Storm(Cyan) when they were YOUNG, meaning prologue happened way before when the actual story takes place. POV is very important, if the POV is Toffee, then the 'I' for the chapter is Toffee, if the POV is Storm, then the 'I' for the chapter is Storm. Backstory: Layout: Chapter number(POV): Prologue(Toffee): "Storm!!" I echoed, across the rain. "Toffee!! Where are you?!?" Storm echos back. "Right here!!" I coughed. "Are you ok?" he panicked. "I'm fine..." I huffed. "Let's go find a hiding spot before we d!e due to lightning." He whispers. As we drifts across the soggy ground, we found a hotel, where it would just be the perfect stay, in this terrible storm, however, something is suspicious. "Why don't we just have a stay, here?" Storm peered at the strangely located hotel. "I dunno, let's check it out then..." I replied, however I felt we shouldn't as I say croaked it out. As we walk there, there are no cash registers, no anything, just elevators, and it seemed like we're the only ones there. "Oh, this is already giving me the nerves..." Storm coughed, looking around. "Let's try the elevators, maybe we could get like a hotel room or something?" I asked, for his response. "Maybe, let's go, it's the only thing to do here anyways." Storm hesitates and left. There, floor one, a door, with a lock, already stuck. "Oh no, now what? We're stuck." I panicked. "Wait, look, there's a key there!" Storm yelped as he crouched under through the stand. "It opened!" I exclaimed, as we went thru the door. "Great!" He responds. After going thru so many doors, there was a gate, that blocked us from the next door. "Oh no, what do we do now?" I asked staring at the door behind it. "Hmm... Oh! Look, there's another door there, maybe that door would help open the gates or something!!" Storm lit up as he searched around. I followed him down to the dark barrel-filled room. "Lever!" He said, as he pulls it down. "Let's go!" The gate was open and then the lights flickered. "Wha- what happened-" I whimpered as I turned to every direction possible. "I dunno." Storm replies. We heard a bzzz-glitchy noice that is getting louder. "Quick! Hide in a closet, I'm scared!!" As the thing passed, we stayed in the closet until our minds go glitching red, and OW, it hurts. "OOF!" He thuds. "What pushed us out of the closet?!?" I hissed in pain. "Me, duh!" Someone replies. "HUH! whO ARE YOU!?!?" Me and Storm shouted at the same time. "AND, where are you?" I added. "My name is Hide, and I think you're new." Hide replies.
Continuation of prologue: (LOL) "Of course we're." Storm huffed. "Let me tell you, you'll probably not survive, I mean, you don't even know anything about this place. You were lucky you survived Rush. Oh, and I'm just doing my job." Hide responds. "Where are you exactly?" I narrowed my eyes to the place where the voice is coming from. "I'm on the walls of the closet. Let me explain EVERYTHING you need to know about this... Horror hotel." Hide paused. "What..?" I replies stunned, too young to understand. "Well, you survived what we called, Rush, when lights flicker, and you hear that same noise you heard, you need to hide in a closet. However, don't stay too long, because, I, Hide, will push you out, its my job. You MIGHT also encounter Ambush, if you see, instead of a dark blue figure passes, and is green instead, you should get out, and almost immediately get back into the closet, because it comes back two more times after the first. If you ever encounter Halt though, run as fast as you can forward, and when you glitches, you try to run backward, and then reverse every time you glitch. However, he only appears in a long green hall, he's pretty rare. Next, if you ever see a blue light in the next room and lots of eyes floating, you'll take damage from it, so look away and try to make it to the next door, he does nothing else. Timothy the spider is found in drawers, there is a chance you may find him if you open drawers. Sometimes, you just have to open a drawer to find the key to open the next door. Next is the Glitch, if one of you is too far ahead, the one who's behind will be teleported to the person who is far ahead-" Hide explains. "We're not humans, we're animals. Get it right, Hide." Storm interrupts. "Be quiet, do you want explanation? If so, then you should be thankful and quiet!!" Hide hissed. "Anyways, you know 'hide and seek', the game, there is another entity called Seek, and he'll chase you to k!ll you to feed his family. Which are the eyes on the wall. If you ever hear 'psst' then look around and if you see a black creature thingy, than stare at it, or else it'll attack you, it hurts!! IF you made it to door 50, then you'll have to try to hide from the Figure, try to find books that have the code to unlock the lock to escape the library. The paper where it gives clues to what the correct codes are is on the desk. Crouch at all times, because it cannot see, but is very sensitive in hearing and taste, and other senses but sight. He makes huge loud noises when he's near, so get away and hide in a corner if he gets near, or in a closet. You might meet Jack, he'll push you out of the closet so that the Rush would get you, but that's very rare. That's it, but the Figure would also appear on door 100, you can only hide from it by hiding in a closet or under a bed, be sure to control your heart beats. That's also when you escape, find the silver key, and fix the elevator, then run to the elevator and you're out! Good luck!" Hide finishes. "Thank you!" I replied gratefully. "Your welcome, now go, another rush would come soon." Hide responds. Soon after a few more doors, "Look! Storm, I found a flashlight!!" I exclaimed. "Noice, now we can see in the dark." He replies. "Falling bookshelf!!" I screamed. "OO, vitamins!" "Cool- we're trying to make it to the Seek, and most importantly, survive." He replies. "Is this the hallway where Halt spawns?" I asked. "It has a long green carpet, and is a long hallway." "I dunno, ask Hide." Storm responds. "Nope, doesn't look like it, no Halt here." "Hello, children, wanna play hide and seek but without the hide?" A huge hideous black monster said, submerging out of the ground. "Noo..?" Storm replies. "Yess? Well good, because you have to anyways! I have a family to feed!" He responds and starts to chase. "RUN! I think he is Seek!!" Storm yelped and starts to scram away from him, I followed. Going under fallen bookshelves, picking right paths, dodging black goo-y hands, and all that. "FINALLY!" I panicked and huffed. "PHEW!" Storm barked. "I'm about to pass out!" "At least we're safe, thanks to Hide." I replied, rolling my eyes as if he was sarcastic. "HEY!!" He yelped. "Whatever, let's go." I responds. "Let me get my breath in." He mewed. CREEEKEEKKEKKK. "EEK." I hissed. "No talking, this is door 50, and let's do this." Storm responds, his eyes shows seriousness. "Ok." I whispers. "Oh, that scary!" I yelped, as the door creaked open. "ShhH!!" He warned. As we scavenge and rummage for the code books, the Figure kept coming back and forth and mostly guarding the door to put the code in. Gladly, I've got the paper. I studied it and figured out the code. "Get more books! We might've gotten six code, but some of it are fake!" I whispers as my voice echos to Storm, triggering the Figure as well, and coming as I slowly backs away into the corner. Storm nodded as he picks up another book. (Continuation inside project.)
