Your shield is 75% larger. Your slash is x2 larger. Press 2 to summon 3 fireballs from your shield, 11s cd. Press 3 to summon 3 enemy demons, but also heal 20 HP, 20s cd. ---------- Satan's Shield The lava in the underworld maps vanish. You cannot slash or lower your shield, at all. Press 1 to summon a fireball from your shield, dealing no damage to you and deals 5 DMG to enemies, ignoring blocking. Enemies can destroy the fireball. 3s cd. Press 2 to summon a teammate, 20s cd. Press 3 to summon a barrage of souls that fly across the screen, hitting enemies for 10 DMG each, 20s cd. Press 4 to summon three stalactites that fall and hit enemies for 10 DMG each, 5s cd. Pressing 3 will summon a purple chain in the middle of the screen that deals no DMG to you and deals 10 DMG to enemies, healing you for 10 HP, enemies can destroy the chain by slashing it, 5s cd. ---------- Alien's Shield Your slash will heal you for as much DMG as you do with the slash. Pressing 2 will summon a blaster at your cursor, which points at the enemy and fires after a short delay, ignoring enemy blocking and dealing 25 DMG rapidly, 3s cd. ---------- Prophecy. (The Prophet's Shield) Pressing 2 will summon two blasters in the corners of the map, 5s cd. Pressing 3 will summon a blaster at your cursor, 0.5s cd. Pressing 4 will cause you to go berserk, 20s cd. ---------- HIS Shield (Final's Shield) You cannot slash or lower your shield, at all. Pressing 2 will summon a slash at a random position, dealing no DMG to you and 250 DMG to enemies, ignoring blocking, 1s cd. Pressing 3 will summon a spin-slash at the left or right side of the screen, 3s cd. Pressing 4 will summon a homing-slash near the enemy, 5s cd. New to the game and don't know how to play? Follow these steps: START > CASTLE > PRACTICE There are 22 battles in-game; 5 of which are bosses. There are cutscenes after every battle, some will immediately show the cutscene, wait for the cutscene to end for those, as they are usually important. Other cutscenes usually start around 5+ seconds after the enemy is beaten. These are just lore and story. The ideas are something I randomly thought of at some point, unsure if anyone else has actually done it. (I'm sure someone has) You are allowed to use anything from this game, and credit is NOT required, but appreciated. Endless mode is just for fun if you can't beat a certain level and want to stop fighting them for a moment. Notes about some game logic: -Aimed attacks go to your mouse instead of your shield in case you have your guard down when it targets. -If you can slash an enemy's alert, then they will get parried. -The size of the shield sprite can help exponentially when blocking attacks; yet makes it harder to dodge. -Endless mode speeds up spawn rates over time. -Sometimes multiple levels show up at once, if two or more levels show up at once, only one of them are required to be beaten to progress, and the other is optional. Optional levels are outlined in blue. -Rarely, your slash will disable if touching an edge, this is due to it shrinking to fit screen borders, registering it as an effect rather than an attack. -Since a lot of attacks are mixed into singular sprites to avoid making the game as laggy, the code MAY bug if you can perfectly time it to, which can make you summon more of an attack, a different attack, an attack at the enemy, or a bunch of enemy attacks onto yourself. Endless mode info: -Enemies spawn more frequently the longer you survive. -Enemies are immune to Hamilton attacks. -Every enemy does something different. 1: Ring - Will summon a small ring of dark energy around itself. 2: Weave - Will weave together a blaster to fire at you. 3: Warp - Will slowly move around, dealing contact damage rapidly, will occasionally shoot fireballs at you. 4: Rip - Will conjure Hamilton slashes randomly. 5: Shiver - Will slowly move around, after some time, it will screech and shake your screen. Small tips (in case you're stuck on a battle): -For the Knight, you can destroy the archer shields by attacking them. -For the King, stay away from the sides of the screen to avoid the swords. -For the King, he spawns his swords more frequently based on his HP. -For the Trapped Shield phase three, the fire deals DMG to every shield type in the game, stay near the top of the screen. -For Satan, slashing anywhere will deal damage to it. -For Satan, it follows a VERY exact attack set, pay attention and learn it to have an easier time. -For the medieval enemy, use the arrows to your advantage. -For the steampunk mini-boss, they are immune to projectiles; however, their shield is always lowered. -For the Modern mini-boss, lowering your shield can help duck under the barrage attack. -For the ??? boss, the background tells you what attack is about to spawn. -For the ??? boss, it deflects modern shield projectiles, but is not immune to any other projectiles. -For the Goblin King, it requires you to kill ten goblins before the battle begins. -For the Goblin King, if your teammate dies before the boss is beaten, then a rare cutscene happens; this does not get considered as beating the enemy. -For the Manevolence boss, its projectiles will get destroyed if the boss takes damage. -For the Manevolence boss, the purple chains can be destroyed; however, they can also stack. -For the Alien boss, they will try to dodge you as much as possible, try predicting or using fast projectiles. -For the Alien boss, they can heal if they hit you with a slash, focus on blocking. -For the Prophet boss, they can do the following: ! Parry ! Trick ! Trap ! Dodge ! Predict -For the Prophet boss, they will ALWAYS attack you directly, holding still can help block attacks. -For the final boss, they will summon groups of minions every 5 seconds. -For the final boss, they will ALWAYS attack you if you lower your shield. -For the final boss, they will try to confuse you, just pay close attention. -For the real final boss, it is meant to be impossible, beating it gives the final shield as a reward.
