Textures - OpenGameArt.org Sprites - DOOM 1993 (Ultimate Doom) I am using a modified version of the Griffpatch raycaster. I have made changes to the sprite handling system which allows the use of animations to a limited capacity, as well as implementing a simple FPS combat engine. The demo plays well and is stable with minimal bugs. These are the additions I plan to make in order of priority: - Adding actual forms of attack for the Imp (fireball and melee) rather than just dealing damage upon contact - Adding 2 new enemies: Zombie Soldier and Demon, each with their own forms of attacks - Adding 2 new weapons: Pistol and Shotgun. Alongside ammo pickups instead of infinite ammo. By this point the engine will be very robust and capable of providing stable gameplay - with much more variation, the game will be significantly more engaging. The final release of the game will include one final engine rework (bigger than any previous ones) and 3 game modes: Dungeon, Endless and Gauntlet.
