Panic welled up in Sunny's throat. Tsunami was gone, and she couldn't stop it. /Do something, Sunny, do something!/ Every scale on her body had gone immobile. Sadness weighed her wings down as she escaped the SkyWing arena as fast as she could, diving into the dungeons. It wasn't the most convenient place, but it was good enough. It smelled of lichen and disgustingness, and it was a perfect hiding spot from Scarlet. It made her nose itch. /Calm down, for moon's sake,/ Sunny thought. "Get me out of here!" A snapping voice echoed in the dark. Curiosity tugged at Sunny's belly as she craned her head further into the darkness. "Is- is someone there?" "What would a /prison/ be without any /prisoners/?" growled the voice, and Sunny could hear their tail lash. "I- I thought I was alone." The awkward admission made Sunny feel hotter than normal, but her claws dragged her along to the dragon. "Who are you?" "Funny you'd ask me that." The dragon snorted, and Sunny could hear another tail lash. "Tell me who you /think/ I am." The tail lashes were loud and echoey, like they were made by a thick, heavy, strong tail... "You're a SeaWing of some sort," blurted Sunny. "Funny you recognise the tail build. Do you have any experience?" "Yes," Sunny admitted. "But I'm not a SeaWing. One of my frie- acquaintances used to lash her tail all the time." Her voice lowered as she murmured almost to herself, "But she's gone now." The SeaWing let a dry laugh. "I suspect you're not a normal dragon; hardly any tribe's allied with Queen Blister. Are you a dragonet of destiny? Tell me, and I'll tell you who I am." /There's no point in pretending./ "I am," Sunny confessed. "I'm the SandWing that was hidden alone from the rival queens." There was a long, silent, almost sad pause, until the SeaWing finally spoke. "Right. Come closer and I'll tell you." Sunny bounded over to the prison cell to see a skinny, thin green SeaWing with dimly lit scales and nervous yet angry eyes.
