FIND A WAY TO GET RID OF THE RANSOMEWARE/VIRUS scroll down here if you cant figure it out! when in the computer boot into safe mode by pressing f and 8 at the same time. "Windows" will remove the "virus" in safe mode and then you can use your programs. :)
