(base by @shadowed-pool with edits (feathered wings, crest) by me) kinda hoping i don't win so i can keep this /hj design notes - primary and secondary feathers have gradients, coverts do not. crest on head is feathers on a layer of cartilage and is slightly movable and mostly used for expressing emotion. flesh, blood, and eyes are all gold. can be simplified to one color if needed. soft downy feathers on body, small scales on face and talons. no set species, can be changed to fit what species you want or kept as-is.
