assalamualikum, may peace be upon you and may allah bless yourself and your loved ones, ameen<3 (req by @0niie<3) — — — - have muscle cramps? what i do is take a paracetamol/ibuprofen before bed and imagine someone stroking where the pain hurts. sounds stupid i know, but the comfort of someone you love (even if its imaginary) and the massaging combined releases stress and calms your muscles down, thus making you better! - dont ever date or marry a guy that is rude. impolite. it may seem like the hot topic rn but its honestly better to be with someone who is polite, not just to you but everyone - if you feel like your thoughts are stressing you, write it down. it sounds like a pointless idea, but it reall works. or just talk to yourself. i do this all the time, i imagine someone is listening to me while i rant about my day. just getting the liquid out of your bottle de stresses you. plus+ it will be a good thing to read/laugh about in the future! i find my antics that ive done months ago hilarious now even though i overthinked too much about them:< - have a goal? start as soon as you can. im spreading this because 3 weeks today i was meant to work my muscles to get them toned. i wouldve got results in 2 weeks, but i never did it. now i look back and realise that if i had done it i couldve had nice toned muscles already, but no. so start NOW. i said that in caps for a reason, trust me, youll feel the regret rushing through if you forget. - if your friends arent eating, but you are, always offer them food. even if they refuse, it still means that they think you care about them well:) - if you see anyone taking period products, medicine or baby products without paying, leave them be - wash your hair with warm water at first, because it gets rid of build up. then rinse of and finish with cold water to limit frizziness and seal moisture. - 'start healing your heart, and you will look beautiful' - alexandra vasiliu - put vaseline on your lips before bed, it helps to make your lips soft and smooth in the morning, which is ready for any lip makeup! - practise being confident in your bathroom mirror. your brain will get used to what you have to say and how you have to act and it will become a habit. just remember, do not use this as a way to change your whole personality! just use it to sound more confident about yourself:) - if you have a locker at school, always store a change of clothes in it. i have a uniform school so i just stuff spare shirts and trousers lol:’) - p.c is a great app to track you period, in my opinion. i tried flo but i found it quite hard to navigate so i switched to p.c. the icon should be a pink journal with a flower on it:) - keep a spare pen or pencil in your bag - do some research before buying any skincare or haircare products - if you dont attempt your goals, dont expect other people to fix your problems comment for part 2!
