Best antagonist I've written. Also, I know the stereotypical color for radiation-related characters is green, but 1, this character has very little to do with radioactivity, and 2, radiation is not green. (Except for green light. That's green, and radiation!) And yes, I know the paw looks weird, but so do actual cat paws. I traced an x-ray of a cat's paw for the bones.
