Who Framed Roger Rabbit 2: Rise in the Crossover is a bad movie (that thankfully doesn't exist), because it mashes up every single piece of animation ever since dinosaurs roamed the Earth and turns it into a huge mess. It also appears way too often if you search up the names of any two or more cartoons ever made at the same time on Google Images.
