Its buildings were fashioned after crystal spires, stretching high into the air in an engineering marvel. However, as time passed, the civilization began to fall into disrepair, and it no longer had enough money to maintain the costly city. A storm hit the city, and many buildings fell from the force of the wind and snow. Over time, the city was abandoned, and if not for the tips of the spires visible through the rock and snow, one might think that the mountainside had been undisturbed since the beginning of time.
