Hi!! -- After almost a year of being extREMELY inactive on Scratch, I'm back(-ish?)!! :D The first thing I did is speed type a bunch of new Princess Justice and Piano Keys & a Mask chapters, so stay tuned for more of those! Hopefully, I won't be too busy this year (at least for a while qwq)... Enjoy! <3 -- Part 6 Adrien’s POV Chat Noir ran over the roofs of Paris with the miraculous box in his arms, seeing the damage that Princess Justice had done. He leaped down from a building to help a little boy and his father. The boy was crying as his father was trapped in a glowing cage of light. The little boy was trying to reach the lock as his father was instructing, but he was too short, so he wasn’t able to reach it. Chat hit the cage of light with his staff and it dissolved. “Get to safety,” he said to the father and his son and they nodded and ran off. Chat leaped towards his school, searching through the classrooms, trying to find Alya, Nino, and Chloe. There. He saw Alya and Nino arguing with Chloe about something again. He smiled to himself and jumped down from the roof, landing in the entrance of the class, startling the three. “Chat Noir!” Alya exclaimed in surprise. “About time you and Ladybug came to me for help!” Chloe scoffed. “Do you have my miraculous?” “Hey, man.” Nino nodded with a smile to Chat and he nodded back. With a serious expression, Tikki flew out from behind Chat’s hair and Alya gasped. “Is that the Ladybug kwami?!” Chat nodded grimly. “Ladybug has been akumatized and we need to help her.” Nino shook his head in disbelief and Chloe’s eyes were wide as Chat handed them all their miraculous. “Go ahead and transform and I’ll tell you the plan.” Chat Noir said. After they had all transformed, Chat started to explain, leaving out some details, like how Marinette was Ladybug and how she had been akumatized, though he suspected that Alya had some idea of what had happened to her best friend. “Okay,” Chat Noir said as the four of them lept from rooftop to rooftop as they scanned the city for Princess Justice. “Let’s go over the plan one more time. Once we find Princess Justice, we’ll corner her and find her akuma. The fight shouldn’t be too hard or long, seeing as how there’s four of us and one of her.” “Um…” Nino frowned, his eyes on something in the distance behind Chat. “...dude? You should probably see this.” Chat Noir whirled around and froze. An enormous cloud of black butterflies were gathered above the Agreste mansion, pink lightning flickering around them all as they hovered in the air, eerily in sync. A crackle of lightning startled him from his stupor as well as Chloe shaking his shoulder and impatiently demanding, “Are we going now? Or are we all going to just stand around staring at the butterflies?” Behind her back, Alya rolled her eyes, but walked forward and patted Chloe’s shoulder. “Chill, Chloe. We’re going. Come on.” With a worried glance over at Chat, she jumped off of the roof, her orange fox’s tail flying up behind her back as she landed on the roof of the next building. “That’s QUEEN BEE to you, fOX!” Chloe shouted after Alya, leaping after them. Nino followed quickly after, laughing and running after the two girls who were shouting at each other, seeming to be racing to the Agreste mansion. Shaking himself, Chat Noir forced his body to start moving as he hopped down from the roof, racing after his friends. As he ran, his eyes were glued to his home, a sense of dread falling onto him. Why was Princess Justice at his house? Was his father okay? His mind whirled, a million different worries clouding up his brain.
