based on MF DOOM he has the power to control weather (all types, changes what planet he's on, if he's in space, he controls space) but he can edit all parts of it meaning he could make a tsunami at super speed that's as hot as the sun if he wants but if you take his mask off he loses the ability (the mask is very important to lore)
