I AM OK!! This storm was originally a category 4 (155 mph winds) but it weakened after it made landfall (when the center of the hurricane crosses the land border) down to a category 2, with 105 mph winds. Thankfully I was not hit with the center of the storm (the worst part), but I am still getting about 60-70 mph winds. No damage has been done to my home, either.
I AM OK, PLEASE DO NOT WORRY TOO MUCH! Fun fact: My study hall teacher's first name is also Ian Update: The storm has weakened to a tropical storm, and people are beginning to recover from storm damage and the whole state is working together to help each other out, this is really cool to see Update 2: The storm has passed! It looks so beautiful outside, it's crazy to imagine all the wind with how it looks right now. I am okay, my house is okay, and my neighbors are okay. I survived!
