This is Alice, she is a blue ringed octoling although her blue rings haven't come through After abandoning octo Valley when she heard the incantation, she came to the surface for a change, she admired Marina from off the hook and loved her being a dj The Teddy she carries id called "oceana" after her mum because she never left octo Valley or hear the incantation so it really affected Alice She has a bit of a psycho side (which she can't control) she doesn't kill people but she can sting them into a coma for 5 days (which isn't best but cool)
