(Interesting fact: When Coming up with Gloomiere's name,I actually thought of Count Bleck AKA: "Blumiere" From Super Paper Mario. The name had such a good ring to it that I had to come up with something similar. So I went with "Gloomiere". Which is a combination of the words "Gloomy" which is an adjective for being dark or poorly lit, especially so as to appear depressing or frightening, And "Lumiere": the French word for Light. I went with this, Because despite being a Glowkie: A Tribe of Mixels that are Nocternal and usually active at night, Gloomiere is Nyctophobic, which means he is afraid of the dark.
