BACKSTORY: Libra was born in the sky, but they had a disability and they fell down on the ground, where they befriended the animals there. This is the reason why Libra only has one wing. When Libra was playing one day, they fell into the water and although Libra thought they were about to drown, Libra suddenly realized they could swim really well. After that, Libra lived happily doing what they did well instead of dwelling on their disability.
