She smiles. “…Hello there. Would you like to hear a ghost story?” || ✠ ——— [ ☠️ ] ——— ✠ || Welcome to Tales of the Night: The Storytelling Section of WindClan’s Halloween Event! This event, a ghost story tournament of sorts, will be hosted by Journeydelta of WindClan and faer group known as The School of Anarchy and Storytelling. More details are listed in the link below. ( https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/32072808 ) To enter the event, you must fill out the form at the bottom of the description, then remix this project with your entry — this is highly important so that I can A) keep track of everyone who’s entering and B) have all the entries in one place! Your entry must be a ghost story/horror story of some kind, that you’ve written, as told by your character. Remember to keep it Scratch appropriate! If you’d like, others may role play out reactions to the story in the comments of your project. Although this event is made for WindClan cats in particular, anyone can enter (as long as you have a character in TFCRP). All storytelling activities will likely take place in loner territory, inside of the lighthouse. Journeydelta will lead those who want to participate there in the middle of the night. Loners, rogues, kittypets, and cats from other Clans may accidentally stumble upon the event, or hear about it through word of mouth, if they perhaps know someone involved. So, without further ado… let’s get started. || ✠ ——— [ ☠️ ] ——— ✠ || Rules: — 1. You must have a (current) character in TFCRP to join :) — 2. Please be respectful of everyone. Any sort of hate/discrimination (homophobia, racism, sexism, etc.) will not be tolerated, will automatically get you banned from the event, and will likely get you blacklisted as well. — 3. Your story MUST be entirely original. You may take inspiration from other works, but direct copying of storylines/characters/any sort of plagiarism is not allowed. — 4. If you put yourself, or anyone else down, this will result in a warning and/or automatic elimination, depending on the case. — 5. Don’t get mad at the judges. Please. If you don’t win, you don’t win — it’s nothing personal, and please remember that this is all for fun! (Codeword is fairytale, hide it well <3) — 6. If you enter non-competitively, then change your mind, make sure you let me know and do it as soon as possible! You may not change once judging has begun. The same applies if you’ve entered competitively and want to switch to just-for-fun. — 7. Entries must be a remix to be counted. — 8. Please don’t guilt trip. Just… just don’t. It doesn’t work, and it only makes everyone feel bad. — 9. People on the judging team can absolutely enter, but you’re not allowed to vote for yourself! — 10. Although you must keep you entries Scratch-friendly, you story must be horror/halloween/ghost related to be counted. If you’re entering non-competitively though, feel free to do whatever! — 11. You’re allowed to use real TFC characters/events as a basis for your story, but please ask before using any characters other than your own. — 12. If you would like a prompt, just ask me!
