Neutrophils kill pathogen (s), and have NO concern if their killing your cells. Macrophages kill pathogen (s), they are more careful around your cells. Dendritic Cells kill pathogen (s), and refine them into antigens/samples, the D-cell then takes these antigens/samples and activates helper t-cells, NK-cells, and B-cells. a Helper T-cells job is to recover the infected cells. NK-cells are natural killers, they kill everything that has bad protein wired to it.
