To clear up confusion on some stuff+sounds just in case - OU - sounds like the U in 'pull' IE - sounds like the I in 'fine' ERE - sounds like 'air' There are 2 separate 'TH' sounds, one is in "the" and the other is in "thin." there isn't really a way to differentiate in text, but it doesn't make a huge difference and it shouldn't be too hard to know what the word is supposed to be.
