Hey guys, and welcome to my project on Synapse! (Yes, this is a school project I decided to do on scratch lol) What exactly is Synapse? Well, Synapse is the process of which neurons send signals to each other! Ever wondered how your body feels things? Synapse! Have pain somewhere? Synapse! In case you want more information, here is the textbook definition of it: Synapses refer to the points of contact between neurons where information is passed from one neuron to the next. Synapses most often form between axons and dendrites, and consist of a presynaptic neuron, synaptic cleft, and a postsynaptic neuron.
