The second ship in the Seastar class it now has cargo space and has lots of room for it, it now has an seperate area for lifeboats instead of having them on the upper decks, this makes the life boats more accsessible for everyone (including people on lower decks and upper decks) however more cargo sacrifices passenger capacity as the capacity goes down to only 1000 passengers.
