Use the arrow keys or WASD to move. Press the space bar to attack. Make sure you time it correctly.
The game is relatively hard most attacks are just for killing you. Sorry if you weren't expecting a Dark Souls Boss. PS: If you look at the code it's not easy to understand and you shouldn't make your own attack pattern with it.
