Also if this does win you can change the glitch effect or remove it feel free to do so. This took 3 days just to make extra stuff.(Jumpscare, Sound, Glitch Effect, Sign)Also the Jumpscare sound came from my Voice:) I think I've gone a little extra?
Story:Someone that wants friends but does it in an aggressive way and doesn't understand why no one will be his friend. Mechanic:Has 1/30 Chance to spawn and a warning sign on your screen it will say Absence is coming after the sign disappears he will come after 3 seconds,when he comes he will stare at you, he will kill people that hide in closets, Just don't make any sudden movement when he is watching you or you will die, A warning will appear that he is getting angrier and he will be more angrier every time you do something he doesn't like until he kills you, and he will leave at some-point in time.(Just do what he wants pretty much to survive) Also If this is too complex-ed just make it watch you and kill you if you move, like Ballora from FNAF.
