Rainbow Railroad Rainbow Railroad is an organization that works to help LGBTQ+ people escape from countries where they are severely persecuted. It has saved about 900 people so far. 2. The Trevor Project (US) The Trevor Project works to promote mental health among LGBTQ+ youth and runs a su***de prevention hotline. 3. Born Perfect (US) Born Perfect is an organization that aims to end the use of conversion therapy. It operates in the legislation field, spreads awareness about the issue, and supports conversion therapy survivors. 4. akt (UK) akt is an organization that helps LGBTQ+ youth that are homeless or living in a hostile environment find safe housing, as well as get a job / training / education. <3
