On the 1st of October this year, in the city of Malang, Indonesia, a disaster known as the Kanjuruhan Tragedy occurred. During this incident, police arrived at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, due to an overcrowding of the audience and supporters stepping into the arena. Police officers, despite not allowed to by FIFA, proceeded to release tear gas into the stadium, unknowingly making the situation worse. Combined with the overcrowding, a total of 131 people (including 33 children) out of the 3000 people in the arena were killed as of 7 October 2022, and 547 were injured, making this the 2nd largest sports-related overcrowding incident in the world. This is an example of extreme negligence by police. I am not asking you to share this project, or make protests, I am just asking you to spread the message of this story.
