Varisa isn’t fond of the “grand meetings of vampires”. She finds them overly formal and boring so she often ends up spacing out… And if you haven’t picked up on the context clues, the stuff in that glass is not wine or juice This was a really interesting piece to work on, I knew the kind of vibe and subject/setting I wanted but some of the details shifted as I worked on it Random character reminder: Under those poofy sleeves, is an extremely muscular vampire but muscles are not something I felt like drawing when I sketched the outfit and I don’t think vampires are in the habit of exposing skin unnecessarily even during nighttime Also, debating whether or not vampires in this universe should have some sort of allergic reaction to moonlight because it’s technically reflected sunlight…hmmm
