Get the dots to score points and get to the next level. There are only 2 levels. You have 3 lives. Get the flashing dots (power pills) to kill the ghosts. Avoid the ghosts if you don't have a power pill. If you kill ghosts you get an extra 200 points. Get the Cherry to get an extra life. Dots take a while to generate. Ethier, you can wait until it gets past Pac-man you can start. If you kill all the ghosts they don't spawn until the next round or they spawn when you die. Have Fun!
