Deus Ex 2100 will be a top down RPG with multiple different paths. It is a follow up to my unfinished game from 2017, Deus Ex: Beginnings (check it out if you haven't already!) It will be a far more complete package, and take the systems I took from Beginnings and evolve them. You can play an early version of 2100 on my profile right now. I've been working pretty hard on this for quite a bit now. Between updating the new art, finding a good gameplay loop, save data, etc, I really want this to be my swan song for the Scratch website before I fully commit to leaving. The game will release sometime next year.
In the project is a small example of some updated character art (specifically, for the "CEO" character). This game, unlike most of my other works, will have less focus on animation, with more focus on gameplay and story. I've been experimenting with these types of ideas for years but I think its about time I finally did it justice.
