I worked on stuff I changed it yeah I am still trying to figure out why the ghost effects and why Gaster does not talk in phase 2 also he disappears in phase 2.5 and a bunch of other bugs (Mostly just phase 2), but this is what I got done. If you want to go to a different phase just press the flag and press space till you get to your desired phase.
