The white stuff is smoke energy steaming out of him. overload mode is basically when he releases power that's over 100%. It causes him to slowly drain himself and die within a few days. The extreme energy is coming from when he took the ruler of reality's power but it was too much, so he had to seal it away. now he releases it but it's still too much. he goes on a very overpowered rampage with hyper dense attacks that travels between time and different universes, and grows a energy draining tail so it makes him live longer. if he doesn't drain life energy quick enough, he will die.
