Sirius, who was once a jovial, lively soul, is a glum Star Wishing Approval Official or a wisherboy, to shorten it. In charge of making the wishes come true, he has to figure out which wishes are rational. A wish for infinite money? Declined. A wish to harm someone, make someone fall in love, and bring back the dead? All declined. The longer he does this, the more his personality is negative due to the repetitiveness. Having restless days declining all those who are wishing around the globe, he decides to take a spontaneous leave to enjoy the luxuries of Earth and experience the culture of humans.
