This was inspired by a competition collab between @userextreme and @--_Ish_--. The basic information is listed in the project. The rules are simple: no inappropriate stuff, no metagaming, you must execute at least three separate attacks on a Scratcher before he can be KO'd, no being OP (there's probably gonna be less experienced Scratchers here)...and that's really it. Anyone can join unless we say you can't.
