Recently there has been an issue with the Explore page where Japanese projects - of any quality as it seems - are being featured. This has caused an outrage as those who don't speak Japanese essentially cannot use the Explore page in their language. Please don't hate on Japanese people because of the fact that generally lower-quality projects are on the Explore page compared to a few months ago. This is thought to be because of a bug that arised when the Scratch Team were updating the Explore page backend.
