Hi everyone! This is a song I learned in school. I go to a Waldorf school in the U.S.A (I'm not saying where exactly for privacy issues :) Not that I don't trust you) and we do a lot of singing and festivals and such. Right before the holidays, the kindergarten through fifth grade (elementary) do a ceremony where we have a candle in an apple and we walk what we call the Winter Spiral, which is full of unlit candles. Every student lights a candle with their flames, which, as I said earlier is in a perfect red apple. Then we always eat the apple, and it tastes a little like wax. But each year, we learn beautiful songs and music that go with this ceremony, and a pretty woman comes playing the harp. I sang this song to show you the beauty of not only music, but also winter, and fall. I know I made this in October, but I want to represent the light in the middle of winter. I'm a winter baby, and even though I love summer, I see the specialness of the winter, which most people only find in the holidays. Please HEART and STAR to compliment everything I just said.
My teacher, Mrs. Smith, who I love and miss so much! You've taught me so much, and know you'll never see this, but I want you to somehow know how much I appreciate you and your teaching skills. Leave a HEART and STAR for Mrs. Smith. Also, jsyk, I did a round with myself because I'm lonely. Just kidding! :)
