Hi! I'm Glen I use She/her :D You can find me at @NorthGlens- this is just a storage account Turtlekit will use She/her and be Demi and Bi Above all else, Turtlekit tends to be a problem. Her little heart wants for nothing more than to be the complete center of attention at all times, even if everyone's only looking on with exhaustion at her causing mayhem. She doesn't hold anything back, and never intends to, singing a blasting off-tune note wherever she goes and playing up any small misfortune as if the world was ending. Dramatic is certainly appropriate, but honestly, she's so far beyond that that she practically needs her own word. Not everything about her strong reactions is dramatized, though. She's quite an emotional cat and can go from bouncing about happy to full-on sobbing in a second flat (and vice versa). She's at her best when the world is spinning around her at a mile an hour and cannot stand a lazy or stagnant day for the life of her. That said, this doesn't mean she's a hard worker. She will work if that's where her attention is today, but her productivity is a fickle fickle thing and more often than not she's run off on some new project and forgotten all about whatever chores she had been assigned for the day. This other project in question is undoubtedly going to end in chaos as she storms through the den, leaving only despair and a long afternoon of cleaning behind her. The thought of being neat has never once been on her mind. She's most often lost in her own world and cares very little for the life and rules set ahead of her. She goes where the tide takes her, and if that's over several walls she /is not/ allowed to pass, that's where she's headed. It's very important for her to be liked by the people she considers to be worth caring about. Their opinions of her tend to be the driving force for her newest goal, and she's a bit of a chameleon in that sense, becoming whatever they seem to most want from her. Her go with the flow nature is one of her best traits, as she never really seems bothered by stark changes. That said, she has her own deepest personal code, and it’s incredibly easy to lose her admiration if you go against it. There will be no taming of the wild beast anytime soon. If you do lose her respect, it's lost for the long run. She holds grudges like nobody's business and will exaggerate whatever crime got you into that place until it's unrecognizable if given the chance. Innate to her personality is her love of color and anything colorful. She can often be found glaring at dark corners as she tries to figure out how she could fix the great tragedy that is its lack of joy, and many of her projects involve spicing up the den or her own pelt with flowers, berries, shells and anything else she might find. She thinks she knows what's good for you ninety percent of the time, and can be found fussing over how you should get out more, or something of the soft. Dad died? Dang sounds like your sad because you've been sitting in this den all day, let’s go, hurry up! She's quick to decide on any decisions that need to be made, preferring to work from a failure than to waffle for any longer than absolutely necessary. All in all, Turtlekit is bound to meet you with a wide friendly grin and drag you along on whatever chaos she intends to get up to today. [(=)Dramatic, Scatter-brained, Colorful, Easy to Influence] [(+)Unabashed, Fluid, Confident, Decisive, Friendly] [(-)Needy, Judgmental, Unforgiving, Pushy, Unreliable] All was quiet in Riverclan as the earliest risers began to slowly stir, letting the first whispers of birdsong lead them gently into their morning routine with the rhythmic consistency expected from clan life. Unfortunately for everyone the quiet atmosphere was never designed to last, and like the wild tornado she was, burst forth a tiny tortoiseshell kit with flecks of moss flitting from her mouth as she cackled with unrestrained glee. She had been hard at work rearranging all of the nests in the nursery since she woke up unable to sleep earlier that night. The only patch of moss that remained was anything pinned down with a cat directly on top of it, and even then she had her ways. Now she came stampeding out of the nursery with one final mouthful of moss, the cherry on top of her masterpiece. With a flying leap, she caught hold of the edge of the den, weaving through previous trips' moss as she scrambled up it's side to tuck this final piece at the very top and look out over the camp, declaring herself victor of her makeshift jungle. She puffed up her chest, full of pride knowing that the inside of the den was decorated with the exact same amount of zest. It was only a matter of time until Turtlekit's joyful cries would be replaced by the stern lecture of one of the queens, but that thought was the furthest thing from her mind as she opened her mouth to loudly inform all of her once-asleep clanmates of her great victory against the tyranny of a comfortable den.
I would keep her at least to about forty moons as that is about how old my current character is (rounded), but hopefully longer! Fun facts! -As soon as she's able to get her paws on them she will be covered in flowers, shells, and really anything with any amount of color at all times- these accessories will switch daily lmao. -She'll probably end up with multicolor paws from smudging flowers across any surface she declares boring enough. -She would smell nice because of the flowers if she bothered to clean out the mud that constantly cakes her pelt- she usually smells like wet earth with a little bit of a sweet scent if you really search for it. Songs -Honestly, I think she would share a lot of my favorites if she was human! Like candy corn, dandelions, and strawberries :) Second Child, Restless Child- The Oh Hellos Hieroglyphs- The Oh Hellos
